A device for dispersing the punch press load of a punch plate of a binding machine is provided to prevent the punch load of the punch plate from being generated and thus allow several pieces of paper to be easily punched by obliquely forming a punch of the punch plate and sequentially pressing the paper. A device for dispersing the punch press load of a punch plate of a binding machine includes a load dispersing unit(100) and a punch interval adjusting unit(200). Punches of the punch plate(110), which moves downward by rotating a handle(14) of the binding machine(10) to press an end of a piece of paper, are formed obliquely, thus dispersing the press load of the punch plate. The punch interval adjusting unit adjusts the interval between the punches of the punch plate so as to adjust the number of punching holes formed in the end of the paper. The load dispersing unit has a plurality of mounting holes(130) which are formed in the punch plate and have different heights such that the punches are obliquely formed. |
