A bucket driving apparatus for moving and loading earth and sand is provided to prevent generation of erroneous operation due to interference between wires and to compactly decrease the space. A bucket driving apparatus(2) for moving and loading earth and sand includes a frame, a moving unit, a bucket device(20), and a lifting unit. The frame has a plurality of vertical and horizontal supporting bars(4,6) and rails(12). The vertical and horizontal supporting bars are welded in a hexahedron shape. The rails are installed on an upper surface of the frame apart from each other. The moving unit has a transfer plate and a transfer motor. Transfer rollers(26) are coupled with both side surfaces of the transfer plate. The transfer motor rotates the transfer rollers. The bucket device liftably hangs under the moving unit by lifting wires(36) and has a bucket(22) to admit the earth and sand. A door(64) is mounted at a lower part of the bucket. The lifting unit is mounted on an upper part of the moving unit and lifts the bucket.
