A buffer is provided to obtain a high voltage gain and reduction of noise characteristics in comparison with a conventional method by inputting input signals to a common source amplifying unit and a source follower. A buffer includes a common source amplifying unit(110) and a source follower(120). The common source amplifying unit receives an input signal together with a bias voltage. The input signal is inputted to the source follower through a capacitor unit(130) and a phase inversion unit(140). The source follower has an output terminal which is common with the common source amplifying unit. The common source amplifying unit and the source follower includes a differential structure having two inputs and two outputs. |
