A Y-electronic contactor pre-insertion method, and a motor control board using the same are provided to prevent a Y-electronic contactor from being damaged by an instantaneous short circuit generated from an unbalanced contact of a three-phase contactor. A motor control board using a Y-electronic contactor pre-insertion method includes a memory unit(102), an internal time circuit(103), and a control unit(100). The memory unit stores a pre-insertion time of the Y-electronic contactor, a Y-D switching delay time, and a Y-D switching arc shock delay time. The internal time circuit counts the pre-insertion time of the Y-electronic contactor, the Y-D switching delay time and the Y-D switching arc shock delay time which are stored in the memory unit. If a motor start signal is inputted from an input unit, the control unit inserts the Y-electronic contactor. If the counted pre-insertion time of the Y-electronic contactor passes, the control unit orders the main-electronic contactor to be inserted. If the counted Y-D switching delay time passes, the control unit opens the Y-electronic contactor. If the counted Y-D switched arc shock delay time passes, the control unit orders the insertion of a D-electronic contactor. |
