The invention relates to method for determination of mononuclear blood cells through rvaluation of ability of mononuclear cells of human blood to adhesion and ability of mononuclear cells to absorb suspension of dyed phospholipids. One determines as well with MTT-colorimetric method metabolic activity of mononuclear cells by activity of mitochondrial dehydrogenases, absorbing activity of mononuclear cells with use of culture Escherіhіa colі, one carries out electrophoresis of specific cells of human white blood for evaluation of DNA condition in those cells. On basis of comparison of patient’s blood characteristics obtained and those for healthy person, one evaluates condition of patient’s cell membranes, by that one makes conclusion on functional condition of mononuclear blood cells.
