A semiconductor device is provided to optimize a characteristic required for each device by mixing at least three face orientations in one chip. A semiconductor device is made of a silicon substrate(1,4) of a chip shape or a plurality of semiconductor devices formed on a silicon substrate of a wafer shape. A semiconductor device having at least three different face orientations is formed on the surface of the silicon substrate so that a semiconductor device having an optimum characteristic is formed.
