METHOD OF EVALUATION OF ACTIVITY OF FIBRO-PLASTIC PROCESS IN CHILDREN WITH OBSTRUCTIVE NEPHROPATHIES

摘要

Method for evaluation of fibro-plastic process in children with obstructive nephropathies includes determination in biological tissue of pro-fibrogenous cytokine. Additionally one carries out monitoring of pro-fibrogenous cytokine TGF-&bgr;in urine from urinary bladder of children before and after surgical or therapeutic treatment. At increase of level of TGF-&bgr;above normal at primary investigation or keeping or increase of its secretion at dynamical observation functional condition of kidney is considered to be deteriorated, and decrease of its level indicates normalization of functional condition of kidney.
