A process for the preparation of active vinyl sulfone dyes by diazotization of 4--hydroxyethylsulfonil-2-aminomethoxybenzene sulphate, azocompound with azo dyestuff components of naphthalene- and pyrazolone sulpho-acids, with coppering or without, filtration, drying. Sodium dihydrogenphosphate or sodium phosphate is preliminarily added to the azocompound solution at temperature of 14-47 °С in ratio of 1:0.031-0.062. The reaction mixture prior to drying is treated with ion-exchange materials at pH of 4-6.5 with further separation of suspension at temperature of 32-92 °С and separation coefficient of 700-3200. |
