Method for dynamical anti-phase stabilization of vibrations of turning machine at turning

摘要

A method for dynamical anti-phase stabilization of vibrations of turning machine at turning includes measurement of parameters of those vibrations. From parameters obtained at measurement one separates first harmonics of vibrations of the machine, with implementation of its analysis. By means of search change in rate of cutting one changes dynamical vibration mode of cutting process through displacement of its frequency spectrum to one or another side.
