The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for immobilization of protease C, which is used in traumatic and ambustial therapy. The method provides for the binding of protease C with polymeric matrix. As a polymeric matrix the “Lamidan” jellylike product from the brown sea algae is used. The process is realized at the ratio of “Lamidan” and the enzyme of 1:(0.03-1). The process provides for significant (up to 95.9%) saving a proteolytic activity.
