A method for utilization of shaft methan comprises cultivation of methane-oxidyzing bacteria in the fermenter on the nutritive medium, containing mineral components and methane-air mixture of degassing shaft unit, dissolved in water, barbotage of the culture, inoculated into the fermenter, by the methane-air mixture of degassing shaft unit, with the stabilization of loss of and composition of the mixture before the supplying into the fermenter and dispersion of it in the liquid phase of nutritive medium. The cultivation is realized continuously in the spumescent nutritiion medium, which volume is taken in condition of filling with the foam of all the volume of fermenter, at the continuos compensatory supply into the fermenter the mineral components of bacterial nutrition, which are wasted. The cultural medium is barbotaged in the fermenter through the tangental situated jets by the peripheral currents of methane-air mixture. The foam formation is activated by introducing of biologically inert dispersive solid additives into the fermenter. The seeding of the product of cultivation is realised continuously in the form of a foam – the product of flotation, supporting the minimal optycal density of unfoamed liquid phase of medium in fermenter. |
