A spinner comprises a prolonged prominent plate with at least one fishhook in the tail part. A device for fixing a fishing line is made as a cramp fixed at an area between the front end and the centre of the prominent plate across thereof. The cramp is arranged with a gap on the prominent side of the plate, and the fishing line is fixed to a sliding element made on the cramp in such a manner as to allow alternate switching of a point of attaching the spinner to the fishing line to the upper and lower longitudinal edge of the prominent plate. |
