THE APPARATUS OF EXFOLIATING MORTAR IN AGGREGATE WITH STEP-TYPE VIBRATION SCREEN AND DIVIDING-TYPE IMPELLER

A coarse recycled aggregate exfoliating apparatus using a step-type vibration screen and a division-type impeller is provided to produce recycled aggregates of high quality by effectively impacting the aggregates by adjusting the spray angle of the split type impellers. In an apparatus for exfoliating coarse recycled aggregates of 9~25mm sorted through a sorting screen(3), plural step-type vibration screens(30) for sorting out the recycled aggregates according to the grain size are obliquely installed at a closed body put on a frame(1a), in the layered structure. A division-type impeller(20) exfoliates mortar stuck on the coarse recycled aggregates by jetting stone dust of 2~9mm to the coarse recycled aggregates falling from the vibration screen at high speed by plural division-type impeller blades(23) obliquely installed at the upper end of the body at the predetermined gap, and improves the grain form by crushing segregation. A spray angle adjuster(24) adjusts the angle of the division-type impeller blades according to the inclination angle of the vibration screen by a hinge structure. An air spray nozzle(40) removes foreign materials remaining on the coarse recycled aggregates by jetting the high-pressure air to the coarse recycled aggregates through a nozzle right before the recycled aggregates are discharged. A sprinkler(55) sprinkles the water through the nozzle to reduce the dust.
