An information terminal, a method and a device for providing shop information, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof are provided to offer goods information timely to a shopper moving at high speed in a shop without displaying the goods information after the shopper passes by goods, and prevent accidents by giving advise to the shopper moving at high speed and warning collision to the shopper. A location information receiver(110) detects location information of a shopper in a shop. A moving direction(120) determines a moving direction and speed of the shopper by using a plurality of location information detected by the location information receiver. A moving speed determiner(130) determines whether the detected moving speed is over a predetermined threshold speed. A display controller(150) displays the information for fast moving corresponding to the location information and the moving direction when the moving speed is over the threshold speed, and displays the information for slow moving when the moving speed is under the threshold speed. The display controller displays a warning when the moving speed is over a predetermined dangerous speed.
