A method for making dry fruit or vegetable chips includes sizing a raw material, washing, cleaning, slicing, filling drying containers and process of drying. The slicing is carried out by a special device, in particular by a slicer forming plates equal to the perimeter of each of them by thickness thereof, which is 1-4 mm, which prior to drying are kept 3-5 minutes in a 1% solution of table salt adding any known aromatic spices. The process of drying a product is carried out at a temperature of no more than 80 °С up to the final content of moisture therein of 20%, after what the ready product is packed into hermetic bags. |
