METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF STABILITY OF MEMBRANE OF SEPARATE CELL IN SOLUTION OF CRYOPROTECTOR

摘要

Method for determination of stability of membrane of separate cell in solution of cryo-protector includes effect of pulse electric field on cell. Field strength is uniformly increased from zero to 3.5 kV/cm at duration of pulse 50 mks, one calculates electric conductivity of cell at each value of strength and plots graph of dependence of conductivity on strength of field applied by character of which one determines stability of cell membrane to effect of cryo-protector.
