Methods for control of technological processes relate to control in complicated technological processes, in particular in gas, oil and chemical industries. The method includes periodical measurement of values of parameters of technological process, storing and indication of measured value of each parameter, fixation and storing of instant of measurement of value of each parameter, control of parameter measured going out from its limiting settings, issue of respective signal in the case of parameter measured goes out of one of limiting settings, and passage to measurement of the next parameter. Periodic control of predicted time of parameter going out of its limiting settings, signal issue in the case of set time is not smaller than predicted time of parameter going out from its limiting settings, at that control of predicted time of parameter going out of its limiting settings is performed after comparison of parameter value to limiting settings, in the case it does not go out, if period of control of predicted time of parameter going out of its limiting settings has cone to end, and is period of control of predicted time has not come to the end one goes to measurement of next parameter, after the end of control of predicted time of parameter going out of its limiting settings one goes to measurement of next parameter with starting measurement of next period of control of predicted time of parameter going out of its limiting settings. Method for control of technological processes provides increase of self-descriptiveness of control of technological process due to delivery to operator not only of information on flow of technological process through prediction information as well, on basis of this information operator can evaluate course of technological process more accurately for given time instants, this leads to increase of effectiveness and quality of control of technological process. |
