发明名称 PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURING POROUS MATERIAL
摘要 A process for the manufacturing porous material by formation thereof of 0.2-1.4% aqueous suspension containing cellulose and filler followed by natural flow dewatering and evacuation at residual pressure of 0.2-0.8 kgf/cm, press molding under pressure and drying at heating. A powder of thermoplastic polymer with particle size at most of is used as filler in amount of 0.5-25 wt.%. The press molding of formed material is carried out under pressure with strength of 0.6-6.0 kgf/cm, drying at temperature of 90-120 °С for 15-30 minutes, thereafter formed material is heat treated with air or vapour at melting point of thermoplastic polymer for 15-20 minutes. Mineral filler with particle size of at most , selected from the group containing soapstone, schungite, ceolite, apatite, diatomite, perlite, tripoli or mixtures thereof, is used in addition as filler in amount of 0.5-65.0 wt.%.
