The substance of the invention is in that blasting and burning of explosive substances is performed in water medium in metal technological apparatuses that in sequence transfer blast wave of explosion and kinetic energy of smoke gases in water to each other with increase of volume of water pool and with performance of useful work on transformation of kinetic energy of blast wave and smoke gases to electric energy of electro-turbogenerator. Heat released and heat from combustion of accompanying burning gases in gas boiler are used for heating premises. |
