A method for pneumoperitoneum comprises by puncturing of subphrenic space with a needle, elevation of diaphragm fornix by the insufflation of air into an abdominal cavity and its manometry. Additionally a purse-string suture is placed on the tendinous arch diaphragm, and the puncture of subphrenic space is made by a Dufaut's needle in the projection of diaphragm fornix center. A microcatheter is introduced along the subphrenic space through the Dufaut's needle with the indent of 1.5- from the fornix of diaphragm, the Dufaut's needle is taken out, and the purse-string suture is tightened. Farther the Dufaut's needle is lead in the bone-diaphragmatic deepening past a pectoral wall, a distal end of microcatheter is taken out outside of pectoral wall through the Dufaut's needle, and insufflation of air is carried out after connection of catheter distal end to the system of air injection. |
