Method for determination of polyhexamethylenguanidine (PHMG) in water and water solutions in which PHMG is preliminarily concentrated from water solution on surface of silica-gel with following treatment with water solution of organic dye and with obtaining dyed complex on surface of silica-gel, after that concentration of PHMG is determined visually just at site of sampling with use of the kit for realization of method claimed, or photometrically.
