METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT OF DIAGNOSTIC PAPILLOTOMY

A method for carrying out of diagnostic papillotomy comprises dissection an ampulla of major duodenal papilla by papillotom and carrying out of endoscopic retrograde cholangiography and standard papillosphincterotomy. The dissection of major duodenal papilla ampulla is carried out in the direction of eleven hour in a conditional dial by the stringed papillotom with long nozzle, which is introduced till the level of cutting part. The endoscopic retrograde cholangiography and standard papillosphincterotomy are carried out at the visualization of the bile duct lumen.
