A heat exchange block of heat utilizer has a pack of plates with rows of round openings with siding that go to openings of adjacent plates with formation of tubes. Each of tubes formed is equipped at one of sides of the pack with closed bottom, and at the other side – with device for filling with heat carrier, it is free of air and partially filled with heat carrier and sealed.
