METHOD FOR TREATING CHRONIC ANAL FISSURES

A method for treating the chronic anal fissures comprises the dissection of the fissure followed by sphincteroplasty. The fissure is dissected in the shape of the wedge; the mucosa is separated to both sides from the edges of the wound. Two flaps are tailored from the muscle of the external anal sphincter followed by sphincteroplasty by the adapting sutures. The mucosa is sutured intramurally.
