A method for diagnosing the autoimmune disorders in patients with the chronic cardiac insufficiency by the presence of the antinuclear antibodies in the blood comprises the assessment of agranulocyte/granulocyte ratio and the detection of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the blood by immunoenzyme technique. In addition, the antinuclear antibodies in the blood are assayed by immunoenzyme technique.
