An optoelectronic module for images processing comprises an inverter, in each bit it is entered the second transistor, the eight optical receiver being optically connected with the second light emitter and connected via the first terminal with second transistor base, via the second terminal by means of resistor – with second terminals of optical receives and with a power source being connected via resistor with terminal of the sixth optical receiver, four supplementary optical receivers and eight isolating diodes being connected via their anode with corresponding contacts of a switch and first outputs correspondently first four optical receivers and four supplementary optical receivers having second outputs connected one with another , with second outputs of first four optical receivers and base of the second transistor. Diodes’ cathodes are connected with the first output of the ninth optical receiver the second output of which is connected to emitter of the second transistor. Optical port is connected with the second light emitter that is connected via the second input to second transistor collector and optically connected with ninth optical receivers, connected via the first output with base of the first transistor, via second – with second amplifier output and via the first output to seventh optical receiver. The second output of the seventh optical receiver is connected with emitter of the first transistor, the second output of which is connected to emitter of the first transistor and via resistor- with a common bus. |
