The invention relates to the chemical industry, namely to the catalysts for cleaning of waste gases, and it can be used for cleaning of exhaust gases of industrial enterprises and transport companies. A catalyst for removal of nitrogen oxide (ІІ) and carbon oxide (ІІ) from waste gas in case of their joint presence, which contains transition metal and carrier. As transition metal it contains metallic rhenium and as carrier it contains &bgr;-spodumene and additionally boric anhydride with appropriate ratio of components. The method of producing the catalyst includes impregnation of carrier with solution, which contains transition metal, with subsequent drying and firing of produced mass. Additionally boric anhydride is added, which prior to impregnation is grinded with carrier, then honeycomb structures are made of produced mass, further the produced material is dried and sintered; the impregnation of carrier is performed by solution of the cluster of diaquatetrabromodi-μ-acetate of dirhenium (III) with formula Rе(СНСОО)Вr· 2НО at mixing with its subsequent firing in inert atmosphere or atmosphere of carbon oxide (ІІ). The use of invention makes it possible to produce catalyst with high heat resistance and high degree of cleaning of waste gases. |
