A terminal is provided to minimize the total size and beautify the external appearance by forming an overlap portion between a display module and a keypad in a bar-type terminal so that the overall length can be reduced as much as the overlap portion. A terminal comprises a case, a display module(50), and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly(44). The case, which forms the external appearance of the terminal, consists of an upper case(22) and a lower case. On the front side of the upper case, a display window(30) and a button part are installed. The display module, arranged below the display window, displays visual information through the display window. The PCB assembly, supporting the button part from below, is formed so as to enclose a portion of the display module.
