Gas analyzer that consists of optically connected source of radiation, receiver of radiation, measuring cuvette and light filter, at that as light source coherent radiation source is used, measuring cuvette is arranged as parallelepiped, with triangular basis, there focusing lens is additionally included, direction mirror is placed in such way that radiation from source of coherent radiation falls on surface of receiver of radiation, first side wall of measuring cuvette is arranged as cooled mirror and is placed in such way that reflected from receiver radiation falls o it at right angle, respective placement of side walls of measuring cuvette is determined as such that pass difference traveled by radiation from source of coherent radiation to receiver of radiation and doubled pass from receiver of radiation to mirror surface of measuring cuvette corresponds to condition of interference. |
