FIELD: technology of food products making. ^ SUBSTANCE: method stipulates preparation of recipe ingredients according to traditional technology. Prepared runner beans are cut and subject to freezing, preferably slow one. Prepared pork is cut. Specified components are mixed without access of oxygen with rice vodka, table salt, natrium glutamate and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised to prepare finished product. ^ EFFECT: increase of culinary dish assimilability. |
