The compressor and power plant make a system of valves with slots and rotors with blades running synchronously running in chambers with a zone limited by the R.H. and L.H dead centers. The valve timing system consists of a transfer chamber, a following system and a space. One end of the transfer chamber contacts the compressor valve slot when the rotor blade passes through the L.H. dead center, while the other end touches the power plant valve slot when the rotor blade passes through the R.H. dead center. The following channel begins in the power plant valve slot and does not reach it on the other side by the magnitude of the dead space.
