APPLICATION OF IMIDAZO[4,5-b]INDOLE-2-THIONE FOR HEMIC HYPOXIA PROTECTION

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: medical product for hemic hypoxia prevention is offered. Product represents imidazo[4,5-b]indole-2-thione. It is shown, that substance saves life of 16.7% of mice suffering from hemic hypoxia while reference preparation Amthizole solely increases life expectancy and does not prevents death. Invention presupposes possibility of composition application for prevention of harmful toxic agent activity, blocking haemoglobin production within chemical production conditions and in emergency cases. ^ EFFECT: product has improved efficiency. ^ 1 tbl
