FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: device incorporates a frame with a cargo platform hinged together to turn, by means of hydraulic cylinders, four telescopic outriggers in crosswise planes of the cargo platform front and rear planes. Every outrigger incorporates a fixed and a moving part the end of which accommodates a rotary unit to fasten the cable suspension and a support roller with a clamp, outriggers hinged to turn in the aforesaid planes and a hydraulic cylinder of the mechanism locking the outriggers in their up position. Every outrigger locking mechanism is an arm swinging on the outrigger shaft and turning in vertical plane driven by hydraulic cylinder hinged to the frame and the arm rod. The swinging arm end accommodates a clamp for the support roller. ^ EFFECT: reduced idle time of loading/unloading and better design of the transport facility. ^ 4 dwg |
