FIELD: medicine; gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: purpose of this invention lies in development of simple and reliable device providing combined therapeutic action of medical solution, and massaging function with contrast temperature effect with both low and high temperatures achieving simultaneous multitemperature regions on mucous surfaces of maximal thermal contrast. This purpose is achieved due to irrigating device containing medical solution delivery system, medical solution thermal change system, and system of medical solution supply to treated zone. Operation principle of irrigator is as follows. Prior to procedure started round thread of medical solution thermal change system is screwed on with disinfected replaceable metal nozzle. Compressor provides medical solution delivery from container through mechanical filter by branch pipe to thermal change system and thereafter to treated zone. Prior to procedure started hospital doctor specifies operating variables on programmed power unit (PPU). Flat wall splits medical solution volume by flows. Each of them passing through respective radiators being in thermal contact with junctions of semiconductor thermoelectric battery is cooled or heats up to required temperature, delivered to replaceable metal nozzle and thereafter to treated zone. ^ EFFECT: invention provides combined therapeutic action of medical solution with contrast temperature effect. ^ 2 dwg |
