FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes a catalyst for low-molecular alcohol conversion to high-octane gasoline and propane-butane fraction, containing ferro-alumosilicate of MFI type with silicate module SiO2/Al2O3 = 20/160, SiO2/Fe2O3 = 30/5000, modifying component, hardening element selected out of boron or phosphor oxide or their mix, aluminium oxide as linking component. Modifying component is a mix of copper, zinc and tin oxides, and the catalyst is produced by mechanochemical, high-temperature and thermovapour treatment and has the following contents, mass % in oxide equivalent: ferro-alumosilicate with silicate module SiO2/Al2O3 = 20/160, SiO2/Fe2O3 = 30/5000 - 60.0/80.0; modifying component - 0.5/10.0; hardening element - 0.5/5.0; aluminum oxide - the rest. The invention describes a method of obtaining a catalyst involving synthesis of ferro-alumosilicate of MFI type with silicate module SiO2/AlO3 = 20/160, SiO2/Fe2O3 = 30/5000 by hydrothermal crystallisation of a reacting mix containing sources of silicon aluminum, iron and alkali metal oxides, hexamethylenediamine, "nucleator" for zeolite, and water, further mixing the obtained ferro-alumosilicate with modifying component, with hardening element and linking component, further mechanochemical processing, catalyst mass formation, drying and high-temperature processing, where modifying component is a mix of copper, zinc and tin compounds, and the catalyst undergoes thermovapour processing by water vapour at 450/550°C, at the volume rate of water feed 1/2 hours-1 for 2/16 hours. Also the invention describes a method of low-molecular alcohol conversion to high-octane gasoline and propane-butane fraction in the presence of the claimed catalyst at 300-550°C, with the volume rate of low-molecular alcohols feed 0.5/5.0 hours-1 and pressure 0.1/1.5 MPa. ^ EFFECT: improved catalyst activity and selectivity. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
