FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by cutting and blanching of cucumbers, cutting and freezing of lettuce, green onions and potherbs, cutting of sardine fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt, calcium ascorbate and CO2-extract of pyrolysis timber. Then prepared mixture is packed together with mayonnaise. Then sealing and sterilisation are carried out. ^ EFFECT: prepared preserved food has higher assimilability. |
