FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to drive units used in conveyors. Drive unit (1) is represented with cylindrical cable connector (10) and includes cylindrical drum (5) mounted so that it can rotate around axis (11), which can be rigidly fastened on supporting elements. Cylindrical drum (5) restrains internal space for electric drive installation (20) which is responsible for rotary movement of the said drum around axis (11). Besides, the said axis is provided with cylindrical hollow (9) on one of axis ends (11) to displace cylindrical cable connection (10) linked with electric drive in electrical way (20). Proposed drive unit has cable connection, which is able to compensate clearances arising from individual items production and installation clearances in drive unit with cable connection. ^ EFFECT: simplification of drive unit installation and safety improvement during operation. ^ 8 cl, 5 dwg |
