An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with an antibacterial film is provided to reduce damage to the next subject due to bacteria and perform ultrasonic diagnosis in a sanitary environment by suppressing multiplication of the bacteria on surfaces of components. An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus(100) includes a main body(110), an input device, an ultrasonic probe(120), and an image display device(140). The input device receives a command required for ultrasonic diagnosis. The ultrasonic probe performs ultrasonic probing. The image display device is installed in the main body to implement ultrasonic diagnostic results as images. An antibacterial film is formed by coating or spraying lacquer on surfaces of the main body, the input device, the ultrasonic probe, and the image display device.
