The device (10) has a vertical storage hopper (12) driven by a driving mechanism (11) constituted by a gear motor in a direction parallel to gravity for inducing shearing effect to powder in a screen (13). Void diameter of a mesh of the screen is chosen based on an internal frictional coefficient of pulverulent or granular material. A control unit e.g. converter, cooperates with the mechanism for adjusting mass output of extracted material by variation of frequency and/or oscillation travel. The control unit is subjected to weight measurement issued from a weighing device (15). |
