<p>A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve flexibility of the organic solar cell by forming the solar cell using a semiconductor organic material or a conductive polymer. A solar cell includes first and second organic layers(123,125) and an inorganic semiconductor layer(124). The first and second organic layers have semiconductor properties. The inorganic semiconductor layer is applied between the first and second organic layers. The inorganic semiconductor layer is formed to have a nano-sized thickness. The inorganic semiconductor layer has one of a convexo-concave pattern and a wave pattern. The inorganic semiconductor layer is made of TiO2. The first organic layer has a p-type semiconductor property, while the second organic layer has an n-type semiconductor property. The inorganic semiconductor layer constitutes a pn junction region.</p> |
