#CMT# #/CMT# The device has two sets of metallic sliding plates (1) equipped with pressed squares (2) which are coated with large shoes (3) having a snow tire section and fixed on a central blocking and locking case (4). An intermediate wedge (5) is inserted between the metal plates for maintaining spacing of the metallic plates at right angle with a locking device. The case is provided with an adjusting locking screw allowing to position and to fix the spacing of the metallic plates to carry out an adjustment adapted to exterior diameter of a wheel. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Automobile i.e. motor vehicle, equipment device for traveling on a snow-covered road or during snowfall. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The configuration of the device improves traveling conditions of the motor vehicle for traveling on the snow-covered or icy road, or under the snowfall, permits to have behavior and a satisfactory gripping on the snow in a disrepair road, slippery road or the icy road. The metallic sliding plates adjust outer dimension of a snowtire in an accurate manner before utilization of the plates so as to reduce assembling time, thus providing a complete assembly of equipment without displacement of the motor vehicle that is equipped with wheel rims having 14 to 17 inches and 35.5 to 43.2 centimeter diameter.
