The gate has a pneumatic cylinder (5) operating a glass pane (4) between a deployed position in which the pane is placed in an extension of a lower panel (3) and a retracted position in which the pane is housed between walls of the panel. The cylinder is interposed between a structure of a cab interior and the pane, and is activated by control units by a driver from a driving cab.
