An apparatus of evaluating performance of a CO2 air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to effectively carry out the evaluation by sending refrigerant introduced into a test gas cooler through an auxiliary gas cooler. An apparatus of evaluating performance of CO2 air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a gas cooler chamber(110) having a first wind tunnel(111) and an evaporator chamber(120) having a second wind tunnel(121). A test gas cooler(112) is installed on the first wind tunnel. An evaporator(122) is installed on the second wind tunnel. A compressor(113) and a band heat(114) are installed on a refrigerant passage of the gas cooler chamber. An expansion valve(123) is installed on a refrigerant passage of the evaporator chamber. An internal heat exchanger(115) is installed on a refrigerant passage between the test gas cooler and the expansion valve.
