A pneumatic tire having an inch-up effect is provided to prevent the weight of the tire from increasing on a large scale when an inch-up effect occurred so as to obtain the inch-up effect at a low cost. A pneumatic tire having an inch-up effect comprises a wheel(20) having a rim flange(22) and a thread portion, in which at least one thread holes are penetrated to couple with a vehicle body, a tire body, a side ring(30), and a wheel cap(40) mounted on the outside of the wheel. The tire body includes a tread making contact with a road surface, a side wall defining the side of the tire, and a bead portion mounted on the wheel. The side ring includes a coupling portion(30a) fitted between the rim flange and the bead portion, a curved support portion(30b) connected to the coupling portion, and a curved portion(30c) connected the support portion.
