MEMBRANE AND MEDIA OF METAL(III) ORTHOPHOSPHATES FOR EXTRACTION OF BIOETHANOL OF HIGH PURITY AND PREPARATION METHOD OF THE SAME AND BIOETHANOL OF HIGH PURITY

Preparation methods of a membrane and a carrier of trivalent metal orthophosphates are provided to extend service lives of the membrane and the carrier by improving adsorbing and dewatering capabilities and improving durabilities on acid, alkali and water, preparation methods of the membrane and carrier are provided, and a production method of high purity bioethanol using the membrane and carrier is provided. A preparation method of a trivalent metal orthophosphate membrane having octagonal oxygen rings for extraction of high purity bioethanol comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a mixed solution of 5 to 10 vol.% of an ammonia- or amine-based compound and 90 to 95 vol.% of at least one trivalent metal orthophosphate solution selected from a potassium orthophosphate solution, an aluminum orthophosphate solution, an iron orthophosphate solution and a manganese orthophosphate solution, performing a hydrothermal reaction of the mixed solution to prepare a trivalent metal orthophosphate powder having octagonal oxygen rings; (2) positioning a powder obtained in the step(1) in an upper part within a reaction vessel and positioning a ceramic support in a lower part within the reaction vessel by a reverse disposition process and performing a hydrothermal reaction of the powder obtained in the step(1) and the ceramic support to form a membrane on the ceramic support; and (3) heat-treating the membrane-formed ceramic support obtained in the step(2).
