A meat roaster is provided to improve the taste of meat and roast meat evenly by discharging near-infrared ray while radiating heat from a heat source. A meat roaster comprises an oil supporter placed at the lower part of a main body(10), skewers(20) having plural grooves formed at the upper part of the main body, motors, a heating line formed at two sides of the main body to generate near-infrared ray, and a reflective plate. The motors are installed at the other end of each groove to fix one end of the skewers. The reflective plate reflects heat to the rear direction of each heating line. The inner part of the main body is made of germanium to improve the taste of meat. |
