A capacity variable sewage/wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to control treatment capacities of the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank by allowing moving partitions to divide anoxic tank and an aerobic tank disposed in parallel, and to remove microorganisms such as escherichia coli by installing the aerobic tank and a general separation tank in parallel in a state that a filter is mounted on an inner part of the general separation tank. A capacity variable sewage/wastewater treatment apparatus comprises: an inflow tank; and a bioreactor including an anaerobic tank, an anoxic tank, an aerobic tank, a general separation tank, and a degassing tank, the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank having a plurality of guide blocks(30) installed on inner sides of front and rear faces thereof in a way that the guide blocks are oppositely directed to each other, and moving partitions being inserted into the respective guide blocks to divide the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank such that internal spaces of the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank are mutually changeable, wherein the guide blocks comprise: body parts(31) clamped to front and rear faces of the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank; and inserting parts(32) which are vertically projected from the body parts, and which have guide grooves(32a) formed on central portions thereof such that both ends of the moving partitions are inserted into the guide grooves. The moving partitions comprise: bodies(41) having inserting grooves(41a) formed on front and rear ends thereof; springs(42) installed on the inserting grooves of the bodies; and rubber packings(43) connected to the springs and inserted into the inserting grooves of the bodies. |
