<p>A hula hoop is provided to promote user's health and fun by providing acupressure and massage effects in a hula hoop exercise, and to improve reliability of a product by perfect and stable connection of a connection part of respective unit bodies. A hula hoop includes plural hula hoop unit bodies comprising a main body(110) having an acupressure unit(130) with a massage unit and a connection structure, and a cover(120) for covering the outside of the main body. The massage unit has an impact pole receiving body(210) having a receiving room for receiving an impact pole and a second spring(230), a spring(220) for providing an elastically repellent force to a massage pole receiving body(280), the impact pole for impacting a massage pole, a control pin for controlling the impact pole, the massage pole driven by the impact pole, a third spring(270) downwardly pushing the massage pole, the massage pole receiving body having a receiving room and a hole, and a massage cap(290) installed on the top of the massage pole.</p> |
