A method of preserving triangular steamed rice rolled in dried laver(Gimbap) is provided to greatly extend the distribution period by preventing exposure to air and to prevent foreign materials from entering the triangular steamed rice rolled in dried laver. Triangular steamed rice rolled in dried laver is packaged by using a packaging sheet comprising polypropylene or polyethylene material in a first step. After putting the packaged triangular steamed rice rolled in dried laver into a packaging container, air inside the packaging container is substituted with gas comprising a different constitution than that of air; the interior of the packaging container is sealed in a second step; and the triangular steamed rice rolled in dried laver is stored at 0 to 10deg.C. The gas is the mixed gas containing carbon dioxide and nitrogen in a volume ratio of 3:1 to 9:1. The packaging container is formed with one or more materials selected from polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl alcohol and polystyrene. |
