A ceramic structure manufacturing method using sedimentation is provided to produce molded bodies of various shapes according to the shape of a mold by easily managing the processes and to make the uniform molded body even in a large object without the pressure gradient. A ceramic structure manufacturing method using sedimentation comprises the steps of: making slurry containing the content of solids of 5~50vol.% and ceramic particles weakly agglomerated, by dispersing ceramic powder in a liquid solvent and adding salt(S10); vacuum-degassing the slurry in order to remove bubbles included in the slurry(S30); forming a molded body by naturally precipitating the degassed slurry in a mold, and then removing the liquid solvent remaining on the molded body(S40); drying the molded body(S50); and sintering the dried molded body(S60).
